What You’ll Do
- Review and enter invoices with accuracy
- Process vendor payments (including check runs)
- Maintain organized AP/AR records
- Post daily cash receipts and deposits
- Handle warranty cancellations and issue refunds
- Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and payments
- Assist with journal entries and general accounting tasks
- Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate financial reporting
What You Bring
- AP/AR or general accounting experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
