Salary Range: $59,000 - $91,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, machinery, and equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions using various testing devices and diagnostic tools.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial electrical systems and components.
• Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and electrical codes.
• Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and motor control systems.
• Calibrate and test electrical instruments and control systems to ensure optimal performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial electrical certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial electrical systems (up to 480V).
• Proficiency with PLCs (e.g., Allen-Bradley, Siemens) for programming, diagnostics, and modifications.
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• In-depth knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures, NFPA 70E, and other electrical safety standards.
• Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs) and motor control systems.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with PLC programming and advanced diagnostics.
• Demonstrated experience with industrial robotics electrical systems.
• Certification or advanced training in NFPA 70E / Arc Flash safety.
• Proficient in the setup and troubleshooting of Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and servo systems.
• Experience with industrial instrumentation and process control loops.
