Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
• Ensure site compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
• Conduct detailed risk assessments, job hazard analyses, and incident investigations.
• Manage hazardous waste, chemical safety, and environmental compliance programs.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs to all levels of employees.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning for the facility.
• Perform regular EHS audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/engineering field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems and programs.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Strong leadership, communication, and training delivery skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with EHS management software (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera)
• Experience with sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting
• Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce
