Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP state license or eligibility
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and dedication to student progress
• Ability to collaborate closely with teachers, families, and special education teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students
• Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in partnership with educational teams
• Conduct assessments and create detailed evaluation reports
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate student progress to parents and staff
• Offer support and resources to teachers and families to further student success
• Engage actively in IEP meetings and school-based interventions as needed
• Adapt therapy methods and materials for onsite school settings
