$65,000 - $80,000

• Conduct on-site assessments to determine the extent of damage and develop mitigation plans accordingly.
• Supervise and manage mitigation technician teams in executing restoration projects promptly and efficiently, using the lead-by-example method when required.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
• Oversee inventory management of materials and equipment necessary for mitigation projects.
• Assist and train in the documentation of job progress clearly and accurately.
• Engage in training programs and assist with OTJ training of technician teams.
• Prepare Estimates and Invoices utilizing the Xactimate estimating platform.

• 5 years minimum experience in Mitigation & Restoration.
• IICRC WRT Certification, minimally, FSRT & AMRT preferred.
• The ability to be able to effectively lead a mitigation team.
• PSA and Encircle program experience preferred.
• Xactimate estimating experience preferred.
• Must participate in the On-Call rotation.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean record.
• Ability to be able to pass a background check.
