Salary Range: $84,000 - $129,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal EHS regulations and company standards.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees.
• Oversee environmental compliance, including waste management, air emissions, and water discharge permits.
• Lead emergency preparedness and response planning, drills, and crisis management.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance through metrics, audits, and best practices.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related scientific field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in relevant EHS regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) and best practices.
• Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Strong leadership, communication, and training skills with the ability to influence all levels of an organization.
• Professional EHS certification (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM) preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Professional EHS certifications (e.g., CSP, CIH, CHMM).
• Experience integrating EHS initiatives with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Prior EHS management experience across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Demonstrated expertise in a specialized EHS area such as Process Safety Management (PSM) or advanced industrial hygiene.
