Salary Range: $67,000 - $96,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train quality inspection personnel and technicians.
• Oversee all quality control activities, including incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures, work instructions, and standards.
• Investigate and resolve quality non-conformances, customer complaints, and root causes.
• Conduct internal quality audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO).
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and prepare reports on key quality metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment, including supervisory responsibilities
• Proficiency in quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools (e.g., SPC, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis)
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience conducting internal or external quality system audits (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
• Proficiency with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) for data analysis
• Project management experience leading continuous improvement initiatives
