Position Details:
- Shift: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 3p-1130p, rotating weekends and some holidays
- Benefits: Full-time benefit eligible
- Sign-on Bonus: $7,500
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images following safety standards
- Perform diagnostic procedures and assist radiologists and physicians
- Ensure patient safety and confidentiality
- Maintain equipment and supplies
- Assist with training and act as a technical resource
Qualifications:
- High school diploma and completion of an accredited 2-year radiology program
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA within 3 months of hire
- Radiologic Technologist certification from ARRT or ARCRT within 6 months of hire
Work Environment:
- Hospital setting with physical activity including lifting and moving patients
- Exposure to medical hazards and communicable diseases
Additional Requirements:
- Good communication and guest relations skills
- Dependability, professionalism, and adherence to dress code
