Business Development Representative

Bdc / Internet Sales Representative

Laramie Auto Center is growing and looking to add a motivated BDC / Internet Sales Representative to our team. This is a full-time, in-person position working onsite five days per week. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, handling inbound leads, and earning commission through performance.

Automotive experience is not required we provide paid training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

• $3,000/month guaranteed base salary

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming internet, phone, text, and email leads

• Schedule and confirm showroom appointments for the sales team

• Deliver a professional and welcoming first impression

• Maintain accurate customer information in the CRM

• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

• Coordinate closely with Sales Managers and Sales Consultants

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and messages

• Organized, reliable, and goal-oriented

• Professional attitude and appearance

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some Saturdays

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in BDC, call center, inside sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service

• Automotive dealership experience
