Who We're Looking For

Do you feel more at home behind the wheel of a big rig than behind a desk?

We're looking for a CDL A Truck Driver who's just as comfortable backing into a tight dock as they are hopping off the forklift to help unload a truck. At Merit Manufacturing, this isn't your average driving job. We need someone who's ready to split their time—roughly 50/50—between driving short routes between our two warehouses and rolling up their sleeves in the warehouse to help keep things moving.

If you love driving, hate sitting still, and get a weird satisfaction from perfectly stacked pallets and smooth forklift maneuvers, this job is for you.

Your Main Responsibilities

As our Truck Driver / Warehouse Support , you'll be the vital link between our two warehouses—making sure the right materials, components, and finished goods get where they need to go. You'll be behind the wheel about half the time, and the other half you'll be helping the warehouse team unload, move, and organize product. Your work keeps the whole operation running like a well-oiled machine.

• Drive the Route : Shuttle goods between our two local warehouses using your CDL A license. These are short, consistent trips—no overnight hauls, no surprises.
• Own the Load : Deliver and pick up palletized freight. Keep it secure, damage-free, and always on time.
• Forklift Like a Pro : When you're not driving, hop on the forklift or assist the warehouse crew with unloading trucks, staging pallets, and moving inventory.
• Stay Organized : Help us keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. You'll take pride in the little details that make a big difference.
• Pitch In Where Needed : We're a team. Whether it's helping scan inventory or just lending a hand with the next truck in, we all support each other to get the job done.
• Be the Calm in the Chaos : You'll help keep our materials flowing smoothly, avoid bottlenecks, and be the go-to person we trust when timing matters most.

This role is perfect for someone who's dependable, versatile, and energized by a fast-moving workday.

Are you Qualified?

• CDL A license and a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of experience operating commercial vehicles preferred.
• Comfortable operating forklifts (certification is a plus—we can help with that if needed).
• Able to lift and move pallets, boxes, and materials regularly.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed.
