Quality Systems Analyst
- Self-Starter that can hit the ground running and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and compliance standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms and system administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to train and support users effectively.

- Collaborate with the Lead to develop eQMS Administrator SOPs and work instructions.
- Review and standardize existing SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
- Test and validate new features, workflows, and updates prior to deployment.
- Assist in configuring system settings, workflows, and user permissions.
- Develop training materials and deliver sessions to promote effective system usage.
- Initiate and monitor Jira tickets for issue tracking and resolution.
- Work with module administrators to organize and maintain user guides, SOPs, and training resources.
- Support integration of eQMS with enterprise systems (ERP, MES, PLM, HRM).
- Provide first-level support for eQMS-related issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Contribute to the successful execution of the eQMS launch plan.
- Manage user accounts, including creation, updates, and deactivation based on role changes.
- Communicate system updates, enhancements, and new features to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements.
- Generate and distribute reports on quality metrics, document status, and compliance KPIs.
- Develop and maintain audit processes for system administration.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and permissions to ensure compliance.
- Maintain document control processes, including versioning, approvals, and archival.
- Support management review meetings with accurate eQMS data.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable standards.
- Provide system records and reports for internal and external audits.
- Monitor system usage and recommend process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Project Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in a Quality environment
- Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical skills to identify system gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong working relationships.
- Adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
