Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Program and troubleshoot Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and other automation devices.
• Develop and optimize Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Integrate new machinery and automation equipment into existing production lines.
• Provide technical support and expertise for control system issues and process improvements.
• Ensure control systems comply with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and calibration of control system components.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience with PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and associated software.
• Proficiency in HMI/SCADA system design and development (e.g., FactoryTalk View, Ignition, Wonderware).
• Strong understanding of industrial networking protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation systems and resolve technical issues.
• Experience with robotics (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB) and/or advanced motion control systems.
• Ability to read, interpret, and create electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration (e.g., Fanuc, Kuka, ABB).
• Proficiency with SQL databases, historian systems, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with industrial vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for inspection and guidance.
• Understanding of industrial network architecture and cybersecurity best practices for control systems.
