Salary Range: $138,000 - $189,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize all plant operations including production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

• Manage plant budget, P&L, and allocate resources effectively to meet financial targets.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, quality, and safety.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Proven leadership in managing, developing, and motivating manufacturing teams.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L, budgets, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Experience leading automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Proficiency in advanced ERP systems for strategic planning and optimization
• Previous experience managing multi-site operations or new plant startups
