Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections on manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical breakdowns and malfunctions.
• Install, commission, and relocate industrial machinery and production lines.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and part replacements.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and company policies during all tasks.
• Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
• Order and manage inventory of spare parts and tools.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an industrial mechanic in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and application of preventative maintenance (PM) principles.
• Experience with various manufacturing equipment (e.g., conveyors, presses, packaging lines).
• Technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Welding and fabrication experience (MIG, TIG, Stick).
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Experience with industrial automation systems (PLCs, robotics, HMIs).
• Advanced certifications in hydraulics and pneumatics.
