Duration: 6-Month Contract (Possible Extension)
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Management Customer Service Representative to support corporate and commercial banking clients in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This role requires strong call center experience and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering exceptional customer service.
This is not an IT helpdesk position.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from corporate clients and internal partners
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and internal chat
- Troubleshoot Treasury Management products and online platforms
- Navigate 20+ internal systems to research and resolve issues
- Provide customer guidance and basic product training
- Identify and escalate potential fraud or high-risk situations
- Maintain service levels and quality standards
- Support cross-sell and referral opportunities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- 3+ years of call/contact center experience (Required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and system data entry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
