Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
• Manage, train, and develop production staff, fostering a high-performance team environment.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control standards for all manufactured products.
• Optimize production workflows and processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the production area.
• Monitor production output, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve operational issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and quality control systems (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to achieve production targets, optimize efficiency, and manage budgets effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced configuration.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
