What You’ll Do: Recruitment

  • Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Partner with people leaders to understand staffing needs and deliver a candidate experience that reflects our commitment to inclusion and impact.
  • Organize and conduct onboarding experiences that foster connection and a sense of belonging from day one.
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, approaching each interaction with empathy and integrity.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and provide HR Management with thoughtful, balanced recommendations.
  • Promote an inclusive work environment.
Performance Management
  • Administer the performance review process with a focus on growth, feedback, and clarity.
  • Partner with the Director of HR to guide people leaders in crafting development plans and performance improvement strategies that amplify individual and team success.
HR Compliance
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance without compromising our people-first approach.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures that support both business needs and employee well-being.
  • Conduct internal audits and assist in external audit processes with accuracy and transparency.
Benefits Administration * Administer 401(k) enrollment, FMLA, and L&I claims, ensuring employees feel supported through every life stage and challenge. Payroll
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for US and Canada.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll for UK and the Netherlands.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll for US based sister company.
  • Serve as a point of contact for global payroll inquiries, resolving issues with clarity and discretion.
  • Maintain payroll records and documentation.
Training and Development
  • Identify training needs and coordinate programs that empower employees to grow professionally and personally.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions that reinforce inclusion and continuous learning.
Employee Engagement
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives that foster connection, recognition, and joy at work.
  • Assist in organizing employee events and activities that celebrate our people and strengthen our culture.
Strategic Projects * Contribute to strategic HR projects that drive organizational performance and elevate the employee experience.

HRIS

* Maintain accurate data in our HRIS (Paylocity) and leverage insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Your Skills and Abilities:

Qualifications:
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in a related field/position
  • PHR/SHRM-CP preferred
  • Experience with any of the following systems is a plus: Paylocity, Hireology, E-Verify, Ceridian/Dayforce, and RSM
