Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure targets are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production associates, providing guidance and feedback.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the assigned area.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control) to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by the production team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and equipment.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, train, and guide a team of production associates.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and resolve conflicts.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with inventory management systems
