Part-Time | Dietary Aide

Schedule:

Positions available include working every other weekend and every other holiday

Available Shifts:

1. Morning Shift
2. 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Full-time, 80 hours per two-week pay period)
3. 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. (Part-time, 48 hours per two-week pay period)
4. Evening Shift
5. 3:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. (Part-time, 32 hours per two-week pay period)

The Difference You’ll Make

1. Provide a welcoming and positive dining experience for residents by serving meals with warmth and professionalism
2. Ensure meals are served accurately according to diet cards, menus, and resident dietary needs
3. Clear dishes and maintain a clean, organized dining and service environment
4. Support overall nutrition services operations, including setup, cleanup, dish washing, and related duties as assigned
5. Build respectful relationships with residents, families, and team members while modeling excellent customer service

Qualifications:

Experience

1. Previous serving or food service experience preferred, but not required
2. Experience in senior living or hospitality settings is a plus

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Ability to read English and accurately follow diet cards, menus, and production sheets
2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
3. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team
4. Commitment to providing respectful, person-centered service
5. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, lifting, and carrying trays
