Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Amazon Delivery Service business along with their counterpart. Experience with Amazon DSPs is a plus. The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business, maintaining high standards of customer service, and managing a team of dedicated team members. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering for Amazon, excellent leadership skills, a desire to go above and beyond, and a passion for maintaining a welcoming environment along with high standards.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the DSP's daily operations, including team managment and efficiency, upholding safety standards, and scheduling.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.

- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs,

- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed,

- Train and supervise staff members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback,

- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or complaints in a timely manner.

- Ensure consistent quality while upholding a high standard for various processes and procedures.

- Take lead on expansion plans.

Skills:

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Previous experience with an Amazon DSP or other delivery service provider.

- Exceptional customer service skills.

- Proven ability to effectively manage a team.

- Familiarity with the delivery service trends and best practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
