Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Implement and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost reduction.
• Manage, mentor, and develop the production team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Champion workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to optimize inventory levels and material flow.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems and production planning software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage high-performing production teams.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
