- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in mental health treatment.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary.
- Participate in supervision, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote mental health awareness and destigmatization in the community through workshops or outreach programs.

**Qualifications:**
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (required).
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent) in [State].
