WHAT YOU WILL DO:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer with a strong background in software development, automated testing, or scripting. This role is key to enhancing our software development lifecycle through automation, secure coding practices, and multi-cloud deployment strategies.

You have experience writing code and scripts that support three core areas:

1. Build Automation & Versioning:

• Development of scripts for multi-cloud and multi-OS environments (Linux/Windows) to build and version development branches using tools like Git.

2. Deployment & Environment Configuration:

• Automation of software delivery and deployment across development, QA, and production environments.
• Integration of scripts that enable automated testing, packaging, and full lifecycle environment configuration.

3. Security Integration:

• Promotion of secure coding and configuration best practices.
• Use of tools like SonarQube, JMeter, and others to automate static and dynamic code analysis for security auditing.
• Creation and dissemination of security practice manuals and guidelines.

​Key Responsibilities:

• Develop code packaging and deployment scripts.
• Automate version control processes and branch creation in repositories (e.g., Git).
• Script automated testing workflows.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate the configuration of release packages and target environments (Linux/Windows).
• Create multi-cloud automation scripts for platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure.
• Apply and promote secure development best practices.
• Ensure security compliance across cloud and application environments (Web, Backend, Databases, Mobile).

WHO YOU ARE:

• You have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering (or 5+ years of equivalent experience).
• You bring 5+ years of experience in software development projects across multiple industries and teams.
• You habve a working background in technical project teams.
• You are experienced with PMI methodologies and Agile frameworks (SCRUM, SAFe).
• You have strong planning capabilities for technical project execution.
• You provide hands-on experience with DevOps and Secure Development practices.
• You have a solid understanding of modern IT ecosystems, including infrastructure, networks, and cloud platforms.
• You are familiar with PMI, SCRUM, and SAFe methodologies.
• You have the ability to align IT tools and resources to enable business services effectively.
  
• Your English and Spanish skills are solid, German is a plus.
• DevOps certification on any major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.) are preferred.

• You are willing to travel.
• You are authorized to work in the US.
