Salary Range: $66,000 - $99,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for finished goods and raw materials.
• Lead or actively participate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to refine forecasts.
• Monitor and report on forecast accuracy, identifying variances and implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production to achieve a consensus demand plan.
• Optimize inventory levels by providing accurate demand signals to supply chain.
• Integrate new product introductions and discontinuations into the demand forecast.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in demand planning or forecasting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced planning software; strong Excel skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of statistical forecasting methodologies and their application.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with advanced planning systems (APS) such as SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or Anaplan.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Certification in supply chain management (e.g., APICS CPIM/CSCP).
• Basic programming skills in R or Python for statistical analysis.
