Salary Range: $83,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive material planning and inventory control strategies.
• Oversee the entire inventory lifecycle, including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure timely material availability.
• Utilize and optimize ERP/MRP systems for accurate material forecasting and planning.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure material quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the materials management team.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance material flow and reduce waste.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory control, or supply chain roles within a manufacturing environment
• Proven expertise in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Plex)
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, and production planning
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Bonus Qualifications

• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with international sourcing and global logistics.
• Advanced proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle).
