Salary Range: $52,000 - $79,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across Montague seeking Recruiters who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for production, skilled trades, engineering, and plant operations roles.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for all manufacturing positions from requisition to offer.
• Partner with manufacturing hiring managers to define job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess technical skills to recommend qualified candidates.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for critical manufacturing roles.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and report on recruitment metrics.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and adherence to all employment laws and company policies.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, or skilled trade positions.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and technical skill requirements.
• Proficiency in sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles.
• Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including behavioral and technical screening.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with recruiting for skilled trades and production roles.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment strategies in an industrial environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and operational environments.
• Proficiency with HRIS/ATS systems commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday).
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., Spanish), beneficial for a diverse workforce.
