Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production schedules and manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.

• Manage, train, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and productivity.

• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales teams to optimize inventory management and production planning.
• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in manufacturing operations management, including production, supply chain, and quality control.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in managing operational budgets, driving cost efficiencies, and optimizing resource allocation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
