What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
 - 1+ years of experience in an electrical field.
 - F.E. (Fundamentals of Engineering) exam passed, or plans to take it soon.
 - Basic AutoCAD skills.
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
 - Familiarity with low and medium voltage power system design.
 - A collaborative attitude and the ability to work independently when needed.
 
What You’ll Do
- Work with a Professional Engineer to design and write specs for electrical power distribution, control systems, industrial lighting, motor controls, and more.
 - Visit commercial, industrial, and municipal sites for project design and construction support.
 - Coordinate with other in-house disciplines — Civil, Structural, Architectural, Survey, Environmental.
 - Communicate with utilities like DTE and Consumers Energy.
 - Assist with construction engineering.
 - Coordinate with clients, contractors, agencies, and your team to keep projects running smoothly.
