Job Details Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure that all project work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, field personnel, and equipment to achieve project objectives.
Enforce company and project-specific safety policies and procedures.
Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and schedules to guide construction activities.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners to resolve field issues and maintain clear communication.
Monitor quality control and ensure work meets design standards and specifications.
Maintain accurate daily reports, logs, and documentation.
Participate in project planning meetings, progress reviews, and closeout activities. Qualifications: Minimum of 5–10 years of field supervision experience in heavy civil, transportation, or infrastructure construction.
Proven track record managing crews, subcontractors, and multiple phases of construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
OSHA safety certification and a commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
