HCM Compensation team supports the implementation and maintenance of deliverables for Ford Compensation Team using Oracle HCM technology. We are looking for a skilled techno functional lead with experience in Oracle HCM Core HR, Workforce compensation modules with expertise on fast formulas and Reports.

In this position... 

Candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation of the solutions in Oracle HCM for Ford Compensation requirements and also maintain the technical and functional deliverables in Oracle HCM

Team is distributed geographically in all 3 regions to support 24*5. 

What you'll do...

• Lead the discussions with Compensation Business team and other IT teams and design/implement the solutions in Oracle HCM.
• Configure configurations for Ford requirements and design Fast formula and Reports in Workforce compensation Module.
• Maintain the backlog and work plan in Rally/Jira to ensure commitments are met on time.
• Coach and drive the team to provide industry standard solutions.
• Review the quarterly upgrades release notes and new features introduced in Oracle HCM and lead the implementation of new capabilities in Oracle.

You'll have.. .

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Certification in Oracle HCM - Core HR and/or workforce compensation, Benefits module.
• Min of 5 years of experience as Techno functional consultant, Technical /Functional lead.
• Min of 5 years of experience in SQL.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8 .
