Job Title: HR & Payroll Specialist

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Payroll Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone ready to kickstart their career in HR and payroll, supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring our team gets paid accurately and on time.

What You’ll Do:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule

• Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding

• Support benefits administration and compliance tasks

• Respond to employee questions regarding HR and payroll matters

• Assist with HR reporting and audits as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems a plus

• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field
