• Problem-solve by diagnosing and repairing all manner of equipment, from refrigeration systems to our production line apparatus.
• Take a leadership role in educating other employees on equipment operation best practices.
• Lean on your versatility to provide support across production, assembly, packaging, and warehouse environments.
• Sustain a thorough Preventative Maintenance (PM) regime, complete with comprehensive documentation.
• Embrace the mantra of Continuous Improvement, identifying and implementing efficiencies to minimize downtime.
• You'll spend 100% of your time on-task, covering the production floor and beyond.
• Demonstrate persistent adherence to safety protocols and GMPs.
• Be ready to undertake additional responsibilities as they arise, taking challenges in stride.

Specific Skills We Value:

• Proficient mechanical troubleshooting skills and a talent for analytical thinking.
• Adept at Conveyor Chain Replacement as well as electrical diagnostics and repairs.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing setting is highly desirable.

Equipment and Technologies:

• Engage with technologies like Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and HMI systems.
• Navigate and master Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) such as Allen Bradley effectively.
• Efficiently manage and maintain Conveyor Systems.
