Production Associate
Join our team as a Production Associate where you will be responsible for the manufacturing and assembling of custom windows and door walls. You will work in one of four key areas: Shipping & Receiving, Frames (windows), Sashes (windows), or Doorwall/Casements. Our facility offers continuous training on different sub-assemblies, allowing you to learn and grow in your role.
Responsibilities- Assemble windows or door walls, including measuring and cutting vinyl, glass, and other materials.
- Lift and move materials repetitively, ranging from 10 to 50+ lbs.
- Punch holes and strip materials as needed.
- Utilize hand tools effectively.
- Place flexy glass on frames.
- Operate machines, saws, or weld (when direct, not on contract).
- Perform repetitive movements such as grasping, reaching, pulling, pushing, bending, etc.
- Stock and clean workspaces and general areas.
- Complete other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Knowledge of hand tools and the ability to hold and utilize them.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting quotas.
- Ability to stand for the entire duration of the shift.
- Ability to bend, twist, and squat during shifts.
- Ability to read a tape measure.

Direct employees are given annual raises ranging from $0.30 to $0.80 per hour every six months for three years, potentially earning up to an additional $1.60 per hour annually. Work EnvironmentThe work takes place inside a facility with temperature fluctuations that reflect seasonal changes—hot/cold, humid/dry. The environment is similar to a garage with large doors that open for ventilation during hot weather, supported by numerous fans. The break room is air-conditioned, and we provide coolers of Gatorade during extreme heat. The noise level is moderate, and the building is well-lit. Candidates should be comfortable working in a hot, noisy environment.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
