Salary Range: $57,000 - $84,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct assembly team members to meet daily production targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to product quality standards and troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Train and mentor new hires and existing technicians on assembly procedures and safety protocols.
• Monitor production output, efficiency, and report on key performance indicators.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing all company safety regulations.
• Coordinate with inventory and production planning to ensure material availability.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members for continuous improvement.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing assembly, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, quality control procedures, and safety protocols.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for production issues.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (e.g., Green Belt).
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) systems.
• Experience overseeing automated assembly processes or robotics.
• Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing assembly designs and layouts.
