Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Develop and implement process improvements to optimize manufacturing workflows and reduce waste.

• Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and managing resource allocation.

• Analyze production data and metrics to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and drive performance improvements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing production teams.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, quality control, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Familiarity with automation or Industry 4.0 technologies
