Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, troubleshoot malfunctions, and repair production equipment.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure operational efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals for repair and installation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately.
• Assist in the installation, relocation, and startup of new machinery.

Recommended Qualifications

• Diagnosing and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment (mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic systems).
• Proficiency in industrial electrical systems, motor controls, and PLCs, with the ability to read schematics.
• Strong understanding and adherence to Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and other industrial safety protocols.
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis on complex machinery.
• Relevant technical degree or certification in Industrial Maintenance, Mechanics, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• PLC troubleshooting and basic programming experience
• Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software
• Welding and light fabrication skills (e.g., MIG, TIG)
• Familiarity with robotic systems or automated production lines
