Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor. In this role you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities for the team ensuring you are meeting production goals and deliverables. As the front-line management, you will set the tone for daily execution of expectations and set the schedule for the team. You will oversee warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods. In this position you will implement and maintain standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. You'll be responsible for monitoring inventory quality, conducting regular audits, and implementing corrective actions as needed. You will also collaborate with other departments ensuring a timely and accurate fulfillment of orders. Compensation will vary from $22-$27/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages while on contract for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law. This position will be strictly supervision apart of the leadership team and will not be hands on in the production floor.

Skills and Requirements

Supervisory/ management experience working in logistics or supply chain environment

ERP experience- SAP preferred

Microsoft Suite- Excel, PowerPoint CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) experience
