Salary Range: $68,000 - $102,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, process deviations, and equipment malfunctions.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including SOPs, P&IDs, and work instructions.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality management systems.
• Provide process engineering support for new product introductions from pilot to full-scale production.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process optimization and troubleshooting within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with process simulation software, data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab), and CAD.
• Strong understanding and application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to identify bottlenecks, analyze data, and implement solutions for process improvement and cost reduction.
• Familiarity with industry safety standards and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
