Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement industrial automation solutions, including robotics, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
• Program and configure Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and commissioning of new and modified automation equipment and control systems.
• Provide technical support and perform troubleshooting on existing manufacturing automation systems to minimize downtime.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize current automation systems for efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including electrical schematics, PLC programs, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI/SCADA development.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation systems, including robotics, motion control, and vision systems.
• Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet) and network architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues and optimize manufacturing processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automation Engineering.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with industrial robotics programming and integration.
• Proficiency in vision system setup and programming for quality control or guidance.
• Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or database integration for automation data.
• Knowledge of industrial IoT platforms or data analytics for operational insights.
