Salary Range: $97,000 - $144,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), inventory management, demand planning, and logistics.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with strong negotiation and vendor relationship capabilities.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for supply chain insights
• Experience with specific advanced planning systems (e.g., Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP)
