Project Management Instructor - Remote | WFH

We are seeking passionate and experienced Project Management instructors to join our team and teach PMP V6 classes during weeknights and weekends. As an instructor, you'll be helping students gain the skills and knowledge they need to advance their careers in Project Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in both in-person and remote classrooms, ensuring an engaging learning environment.
Utilize adult learning principles and best practices to deliver content that resonates with learners, keeping them motivated and involved.
Tailor course content to ensure it is relevant and applicable to the students' career goals and real-world situations.
Provide clear, well-organized, and engaging lessons on Project Management processes, tools, and techniques, including the latest in PMP V6 methodologies.
Foster a positive learning experience through effective communication, interactive activities, and a student-centered approach to teaching.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a must.
Agile Scrum Master (CSM) certification and Lean Six Sigma certification are preferred.
At least four years of professional experience in Project Management, with a preference for experience in IT Application Delivery.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with students and explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Visio and MS Project, and familiarity with related technologies.
Knowledge and experience with adult learning principles, demonstrating the ability to adjust teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills to effectively manage classroom schedules and student needs.
A Master's degree and previous teaching experience are a plus but not required.
