Summary:

The PM Cook will help run the kitchen, be part of the team, and maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and/or direct the preparation of food to be served, complying with all sanitation, health, and personal hygiene standards
  • Use supplies and facility properly to minimize loss, waste, and fraud
  • Monitor incoming food product to ensure quality
  • Ensure the hot bar is ready for guests
  • Condense and refill as needed
  • Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils
  • Operate large volume cooking equipment such as grills, fryers, and griddles
  • Clean and stock work stations

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of restaurant experience required
