Warehouse/Production Associate

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Production & Cooler/Freezer Associates to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient operation of production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and keeping our refrigerated and freezer areas organized to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production and packaging equipment.

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure product integrity and compliance with food safety standards.

• Assist with equipment changeovers , sanitation , and** minor troubleshooting** as needed.

• Accurately complete required documentation, logs, and reports.

• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to maintain accurate inventory levels and report discrepancies promptly.

• Organize and move products in refrigerated and **freezer **areas to prepare for shipping.

• Load and unload products efficiently while maintaining safety and accuracy.

• Conduct regular equipment inspections and report issues immediately.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment, following GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company safety protocols.

• Communicate clearly with team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, or related production environment required (1+ years preferred).

• Previous shipping and receiving experience with proven longevity is strongly preferred.

• Ability to stand for long periods and stay active in cold environments.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Steel toe or composite safety shoes required.
