Shop Manager / Automotive Service Manager

High-Volume Automotive Repair Facility
Full-Time | Base Salary + Performance Incentives

We are a high-production, system-driven automotive repair facility seeking a results-focused Shop Manager / High-Level Service Advisor to lead operations and drive sales performance.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will manage daily shop production while also operating as a top-performing Service Advisor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -

Operations & Leadership

• Drive daily shop production and workflow

• Lead and hold technicians and advisors accountable to standards

• Enforce process discipline and operational systems

• Maintain strong shop culture and performance expectations

• Monitor KPIs and adjust daily execution accordingly

Sales & Service Advising

• Present recommended work confidently and ethically

• Build value with customers and improve closing ratios

• Increase ARO (Average Repair Order) and gross profit

• Deliver a high-level customer experience

• Lead by example in personal sales performance

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years experience as an Automotive Service Manager, Shop Manager, or high-performing Service Advisor

• Proven sales performance in an automotive repair environment

• Strong understanding of KPIs (ARO, GP%, productivity, car count)

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume shop

• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Ability to hold team members accountable while maintaining culture
