Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
• Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
• Lead, mentor, and develop production teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and accountability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with supply chain, engineering, and sales to optimize production schedules and product delivery.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to improve operational performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in manufacturing operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a focus on team development.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of production planning, quality control, and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in budget management, cost reduction, and operational efficiency improvements.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Experience with automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives.
