Who we’re looking for:

ARCis seeking a Finishing Operator. If you have a background in large format digital printing, then this might be a job for you.The finisher performs mounting, laminating, QC and Packagingof printed roll media and printed boards by following job specifications which include:equipment setup, operating, adjusting, and maintaining the mounting/laminating equipment to ensure that it functions properly throughout the finishing process. In this role you will:

• Have knowledge of the laminator, laminates, and adhesives
• An understanding of hard substrates and roll good materials
• Laminating functions - including height settings, roller speeds, pressure and temperature settings
• Offer realistic and creative ideas for our clients and our internal needs.
• Solid working knowledge of large format printing and finishing processes and materials.
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to work in a team or unsupervised with a positive attitude.
• Perform proof and quality control checks on each job produced.
• Process, comprehend, and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
• Ability to vinyl wrap (install) in-house projects
• Zund (router/cutter) file setup and operational knowledge is a plus.

Requirements:

• Minimum (1) year experience in large format production finishing
• Knowledge of the laminator, laminates, and adhesives
• Creative thinking, building, and working with your hands.

• Exceptional math skills & creative problem solving
• Report to work as scheduled and on time.
• Occasional late night and/or weekend work
• GED Required
