**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Monitor access to the location and assist with visitor management, including logging and directing guests appropriately.
+ Observe and report any unusual activity or potential security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Assist with maintaining order at the front desk and help to deter unauthorized individuals from entering the premises.
+ Communicate with Allied Universal management and site leadership regarding incidents or issues as they arise.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
