• Ability to complete a TB test as required
• Physical capacity to stand, walk, and assist with lifting as needed
• Current clearances or willingness to obtain them prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Background in school environments, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience working with students who have special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not mandatory
• Reliable, patient, and collaborative attitude
