Business Integrations Consultant
About the Role:
The Business Integrations Consultant is responsible for leading multiple new lease administration account setup projects for major corporate real estate clients. This role requires a structured, disciplined program management approach to ensure the effective and smooth integration of new Portfolio Services Lease Administration accounts.
What You'll Do:

Lead and manage multiple new lease administration accounts set up projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth integration of new accounts.

Plan, prioritize, organize, and manage all transition and integration activities to meet specific timelines (generally 90-120 days).

Utilize established methods (trackers, project plans, risk and budget trackers) to accomplish objectives and timelines, including regular updates and inputs.

Collaborate with global transition team members, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless integration of people, systems, and processes; ensuring task completion within the project.

Conduct process reviews with clients to compare against CBRE standards; create and include necessary documentation for client specific Playbook.

Define business requirements and identify areas of Scope change that require processing Change Orders utilizing a standardized CBRE process.

Facilitate and support real estate lease database migrations, including participation in data mapping, quality control (UAT) review, and facilitate any necessary interactions between Client and technology team.

Perform individual contributor activities; this role is an active participant and contributor of work output to the success of a Transition

Facilitate discussions between client technology teams and third-party partners to define requirements for rent interface files, testing, and implementation.

Request and review data provided by clients and individually manage / coordinate rent scrub activities (data entry of details) as required

Identify integration and operational issues pre-onboarding, track risks and mitigation plans.

Support transition program improvement, quality initiatives, and consulting services.

Responsible for Transition success.

Provide written weekly project reports to clients, transition management, and CBRE stakeholders.

Perform other duties as assigned or required within the execution of the role.
What You'll Need :
-
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience; minimum of five years of related experience and/or training in lease administration operations or project management (data implementations). In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.

Strong knowledge of process analysis, standardization, improvement, and redesign, as well as lease administration processes

Ability to understand, adapt and adhere to a robust set of established Transition Project Management protocols unique and specific to CBRE Lease Administration

Ability to be an individual contributor; execution of activities required as part of transition

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex real estate lease documents

Ability to update/revise process manuals for each integration using a globally consistent methodology

Advanced analytical and quantitative skills to analyze complex real estate portfolio data and develop innovative solutions

Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to set and achieve project deadlines, manage transition budgets, and ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality assurance

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to create and lead conference calls with participants across multiple global regions

Effective negotiation and motivational skills to drive desired actions from team members and client groups

Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues

Ability to manage multiple transition projects simultaneously and set priorities with limited supervision

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $100,000 annually or ($48.08 per hour) and the maximum salary for the Transaction Manager position is $130,000 annually [or $62.50 per hour]. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program.
