Shipping Invoice Coordinator

Effectively manage the invoicing/shipping function for the Traverse City location of Saint-Gobain. Exhibits good environmental practices and procedures consistent with job(s) performed. Manage relationships with external logistics providers and customers to ensure seamless pick up/delivery of goods. Ensure timely communication arranging logistics to meet customer requested delivery. Properly provide all shipping paperwork timely and accurately. Interact with all departments to ensure accurate and efficient operation of the invoicing/shipping function of this facility.

Prepare all shipping documents, foreign and domestic; manage/maintain shipping systems. -Follow corporate directives in selecting freight carriers. - -

Prepare invoices/paperwork for shipments and produce credit memos while maintaining accurate inventory moves. - -

Assist in daily shipping/packaging/boxing of products as needed. - -

Run QAD reports daily to ensure on-time deliveries. - -

Maintain working relationships with freight carrier representatives. - -

High school diploma or GED required

• 3+ years of Supply Chain or Logistics experience preferred

• Employee is expected to have good work ethic, efficient and willingness to perform required work with good attendance, attitude, and a safe work environment.

• The employee must understand basic mathematics and metric conversions.

• The employee must be able to function as a team member. - -
